Keith Dawson has been involved in the real estate industry through dynamic roles since 1998. He has a track record of sustained success in both the residential and condominium/townhouse segment of the Long Island real estate market, where he works with sellers, marketing and servicing listings. Also a Certified Buyers Representative Keith’s well-rounded experiences benefits both seller and buyer clients. 

Keith has worked as a licensed real estate salesperson since 2004. Prior to that achievement he served as an environmental consultant, as well as in title industry.

Katie Blandi

Katie Blandi is a licensed sales agent who incorporates all of her skill sets as a business professional to bring afresh new perspective to the Dawson Team since joining in 2015.

She entered the real estate industry in 2009 as an administrative assistant at a residential real estate company and later joined a commercial real estate firm as a marketing coordinator. It was there that she made a name for herself as a multifaceted asset handling all aspects of marketing, design, social media and the company’s websites in addition to becoming a property manager assistant.

Nancy McElroy

With over 20 years of experience, Nancy McElroy knows the ins and outs of the real estate industry. 

She first established herself in South Carolina where she owned and operated her own successful real estate brokerage. Since relocating back to Long Island in 2001, Nancy has represented both buyers and sellers inWestern Suffolk and Nassau counties. Using her knowledge of the trade and expertise in marketing, Nancy’s forte is helping first-time buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
